Job Description:

We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia PA. The Data Entry Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries processing data accurately and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary range:

$16.50 to $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat promptly and professionally.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the company's database.
• Process orders forms applications and requests.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines during customer interactions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all customer records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
