Job Description

Our company is a local F&B chain with a strong presence in Solo. We are committed to delivering exceptional food and service experiences to our customers. As we continue to grow we are looking for a dedicated Career and Talent Development Manager to join our team and drive our people development initiatives.


Responsibilities:
As a Career and Talent Development Manager you will be responsible for leading and executing the overall talent development strategy to support the growth and success of our employees. You will play a critical role in identifying development needs designing programs and ensuring the effective implementation of talent development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Assess training needs and design effective training programs to enhance employee skills performance and career growth.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and create individualized development plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage and facilitate performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on career development and performance improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in talent development to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the company.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process to ensure the selection of highquality candidates who align with the company's values and culture.


Qualifications & Competency:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people development preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of talent development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and learning management systems.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
