Job Description
What you will be doing:
Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues including acquisition ownership disposition financing development and leasing.
Address legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters restrictive covenants and more.
Facilitate real estate and loan closings.
Draft review and negotiate contracts purchase and sale agreements easements developer agreements and other documents related to real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regulations and policies.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex real estate issues.
Collaborate with the internal real estate team and clients to ensure successful completion of real estate deals.
Experience you will need:
35 years in real estate law.
Juris Doctorate degree.
Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Word.
Advanced legal research and technical writing skills including proficiency with legal research tools such as WestLaw and Practical Law.
Strong academic and employment credentials.
Excellent writing research negotiation and communication skills.
Good interpersonal interaction skills.
Wellorganized with excellent attention to detail.
Proven track record of performance.
