Job Description

SENIOR CORPORATE RECRUITER (Permanent)
Our client an established and rapidly growing medical distribution company in WNY is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their team. This position reports directly to the VP of People & Culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform full cycle talent acquisition responsibilities sourcing and attracting the highest quality candidates for the company s open roles; actively recruiting using various tools as well as reviewing and assessing resumes from applicants
  • Acting as a strong partner to managers collaborate with hiring managers to gain valuable knowledge into open roles team structure responsibilities and in order to create attractive job postings that are aligned with company values/goals
  • Qualify resumes conduct initial interviews and set up interviews with hiring managers
  • Guide hiring managers through the interview/hiring process to ensure smooth experiences all around
  • Perform all preemployment activities including but not limited to background checks reference calls new hire information etc.
  • Facilitate all preemployment activities between new hires and managers
  • Regularly maintain ATS system updating each candidate as they move through the interview/hiring process
  • Utilize ATS system to draft offer letters onboard new employees and track growth throughout employment
  • Create and maintain internal and external relationships in order to network effectively to meet D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) goals and objectives
  • Analyze and assess effectiveness of the talent acquisition process offering educated recommendations for improvements and reative opportunities that will cast a wider net to prospective employees
  • Develop internal networking programs to connect senior level team members with new employees creating opportunities for mentorship and growth
  • Develop and participate in employee events to foster a positive company culture (i.e. Corporate Challenge)
  • Work on special projects
  • Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:

  • Position is full time direct hire
  • Standard work hours either 8:00am5:00pm EST or 8:30am5:30pm EST; flexibility as needed
  • Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days work from home)
  • $80000 $92000 base annually depending on experience
  • Medical Dental FSA/HSA Accounts 401k match Life Insurance Disability
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 57 years relative experience in Corporate Recruitment
  • Stable employment history
  • High level of professionalism as well regularly interact with management/leadership team as well as executive team
  • Experience recruiting for all levels and types of roles (i.e. technical sales marketing IT administrative accounting janitorial etc.)
  • Minimal to no travel (possible only to local job fairs or if wants to travel with sales resp to really understand the roles)
  • Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office & ATS software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; someone who is engaged
  • Selfmotivated
  • Proactive: doesn t wait for applicants but will actively recruit and headhunt using various tools available
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
