Job Description

DISTRICT PROPERTY MANAGER (Permanent)
Our client an established Property Management Company headquartered in WNY is looking to hire a District Property Manager to join their growing team in Rochester NY.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily responsibilities to manage the general operations of residential apartment communities
  • Manage 78 Property Managers at a time providing guidance and mentorship
  • Work closely with Managers in overseeing the properties
  • Monitor each property s performance occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
  • Implement initiatives to improve the property and increase tenant rates
  • Develop relationships with owners and tenants to ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards
  • Ensure prompt responses and resolutions to tenant issues/concerns
  • Work alongside senior management to ensure budgets and financial forecasts are being followed
  • Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely maintenance and general upkeep is being performed
  • Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:

  • Position is full time direct hire
  • 100% inoffice/onsite
  • Flexible schedule but typical hours MF 9:00 5:00 (some after hours availability if something should dire occur on nights or weekends)
  • $75000 $85000 annually depending on experience plus bonus potential
  • Healthcare 401k excellent PTO paid holidays free rent if living at one of the properties cell phone and mileage reimbursement
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related
  • 5 years relative experience in Property Management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Selfmotivated
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
