Schedule: Full Time 7 hours per day 35 hours per week.
Part Time 17.5 hours per week
Rate: $70 / hour
Requirements:
Masters Degree certification and licensure.
Must be Board Certified
Experience in providing behavior services for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders Developmental Disabilities and other Behavior Disorders.
Experience in educational environment or setting.
Experience working with families for family training home visits and/or supervision of home programs.
Experience with the IEP process IEP development and implementation preferred.
Experience intervening in severe behavioral crisis to include Non Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and consultation to classroom teams on behavior reduction classroom management as part of a Behavior Intervention Plan.
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans as needed.
Provide initial and ongoing training to staff on principles of applied behavior analysis.
Provide family support and consultation through home visits and/or school conferences.
Provide modeling support and clear expectations in crisis intervention.
Participate as a member of IEP and IFSP team meetings for targeted students.
Serve as a resource to the Director of Special Education Supervisors of Special Education and other staff as appropriate.
Respond effectively to parent school staff and administrator concerns.
Provision and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
Other duties as required by the school administration.
