To recruit develop and manage the performance of the Agents. To create a pipeline of new agents. Manage
licensing and activation as per the set plan. Coordinate with GTM specialist for training all agents regularly. Ensure
that Agents have the required resource. Work with agents to create a success path. Develop a detailed activity plan
for very agent. Monitor and track performance against the plan. Work effectively with operations claims and
underwriting teams.
