Chief Technology Officer CTO

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and development at Perspire.tv. The CTO will oversee the technical team ensuring the platform s scalability security and innovation. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager to align technology initiatives with business goals and manage the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall technology strategy for Perspire.tv.
  
• Lead and manage the technical team including developers and engineers.
  
• Ensure the scalability security and performance of the platform.
  
• Drive innovation and adopt new technologies to enhance the platform.
  
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize features and improvements.
  
• Oversee the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
