JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A COMPANY NURSE/HR ASSOCIATE

A Company Nurse/HR Associate will be responsible for giving first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient assist in developing and implementing Employee Engagement programs and event responsible for all aspects of the organization compliance with occupational regulations and develop and implement health and safety plans.
The successful candidate will help build the company s best practice process to streamline his workflow and systematize the business.
As a Company Nurse/HR Associate:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing Must have
With valid PRC License Must have
With valid First Aid and BOSH Certificates
1 to 2 years of experience in the medical field preferably in a corporate setup
Excellent understanding and experience of the healthcare industry particularly in the BPO setup is a plus
Has advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Powerpoint)
Familiarity with employee medical benefits
Strong oral and written communication skills
Able to adapt to a fast pace environment and work on short notice requirements
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong time management and organization skills
Someone who can work unsupervised
Must be willing to work in Clark Pampanga on a night shift
Your Responsibilities as a Company Nurse/HR Associate:
Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed
Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient
In case of any accident accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital
Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit to work certificate
Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine if results are valid
Monitor absence patterns especially if Sick related and visit employee home if needed
Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time
Coordinate with Human Resources Manager regarding any employee s health and safetyIssues
Ensures compliance in CDC Health Department and organize regular medical
examinations of all employees (Annual Physical Exam)
Prepares processes reviews and analyzes enrollment of candidates for HMO Insurance
on a regular timely basis especially new hires (rule coverage is on the first day
Prepares updates and summarize reports of VL and SL
Responsible of creating health related programs implemented by DOLE and CDC Health
Responsible in creating announcements and updates to any healthrelated issues especially COVID19
In charge of health orientation (mental health HIV etc) to be part of the NHO
Assist in developing and implementing Employee Engagement programs and event
Other Adhoc tasks instructed by the HR Manager
Responsible for all aspects of the organization compliance with occupational regulations.
Coordinate safety audits as required by DOLE and CDC
Oversee and review health and safety documentation and data.
Practice safe working techniques and reenforce the safety policies guidelines and procedures as set out by the Company
Develop and implement health and safety plans.
Leads the safety committee and document monthly safety meeting
