Job Description
Prioritize analyze and drive to resolution data quality issues and change requests from the business.
Analyze document and validate bugs and data quality issues and business driven change requests to the appropriate level of granularity so that technical teams are able to translate to system design.
Articulate technology in terms stakeholders can understand and conversely articulate business concepts and processes that is comprehensible to the developers/technical team.
Liaise between business stakeholder (end users SMEs management) and the IT team.
Maintain a solid grasp of our evolving data warehouse.
Track and publish service level performance metrics (Key performance indicators)
Communicate progress of issue resolutions and enhancement requests back to the business stakeholders.
Improve the support process by studying current practices identifying possible modifications.
Requirements
SQL experience
Build Tableau (preferred) dashboard to visualize results
Snowflake experience (plus)
Experience working with data warehouse
Drive data quality issues to resolution prioritize analyze and document the same
Drive business change request with IT functioning as a liaison between business and IT
Track and publish service level performance indicators (KPIs)
Communicate progress of issue resolution and enhancement requests to business
Perform QA and User Acceptance Testing
Assist stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts with User Acceptance Testing
Improve support processes
