We are Hiring a Person in Charge/Social care Manager to lead a healthcare setting in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that service users receive the best possible care and assistance is the responsibility of the Person in Charge.
- To support service users the Person in Charge oversees the staff team and arranges for other peoples input including clinical team members and other departmental supports as needed.
- The Person in Charge is also in charge of and keeps an eye on monthly team meetings formal supervisions and appraisals.
- Monitoring the service as needed throughout the course of shifts to guarantee that the centers services are provided effectively and efficiently.
- Assist and preserve a productive team environment.
- As needed set up and take part in committees evaluations and meetings.
Requirements
- A Level 7 or 8 degree in a social or healthrelated field (or a comparable equivalent degree combined with a healthcare management degree).
- A clean drivers license.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a comparable health or social care environment
- Powerful leadership abilities.
