Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Talent Insights Analyst with a strong background in market research talent mapping and salary benchmarking. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business development and recruitment strategies ensuring the alignment of job descriptions and salaries with market standards. You will also provide exceptional sales administration support by generating proposal documents and other adhoc as needed.
This position requires a keen understanding of the Philippine job market coupled with experience in a global setting and general office administration.

Job Description:

  • Conduct indepth talent market research and mapping.
  • Source passive candidates and provide sample CVs to potential clients.
  • Provide salary insights to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of potential roles in the Philippine market.
  • Create and review existing job descriptions for accuracy and relevance and assess and align job descriptions with market salary standards.
  • Create and generate proposal documents service agreements and other necessary documents based on potential or upcoming job requisitions.
  • Generate maintain and enhance reports on sales activities performance and key metrics for the sales team.


Requirements

Requirements/Skills needed:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing recruitment related market research and recruitment administration. Previous experience in a global setting particularly in the Australian US and UK market is highly desirable.
  • Sales administration and salary benchmarking and providing talent insights experience will be highly regarded.
  • Strong sourcing or market research background in the local market.
  • Ability to assess and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho Product Suite (workdrive zohosign zoho writer zoho recruit) preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot (sales service operations or marketing hub) and performing complex workflow automations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: Officebased in Ortigas
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM3:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime
