Physicians in Practice: 4 currently; recruiting 3
Support Staff:
7 APPs 5 Clinic RNs Clinical Nurse Specialist
2 RN BMT Coordinators 6 PSC MAs
Required to supervise APPs: Yes
Case Mix:
CCL Lymphoma Acute Leukemia
MDS Benign Hematology
No of Exam Rooms: 12; 2 (treatment rooms)
Lab & XRay on site
Trauma Level: II
EMR: Epic
Other Info:
Experience in Autologous Stem Cell Transplant & CAR T cell Therapy preferred
Chemo administered in OP
Research/Clinical trials are critical components
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active WA license or IMLC
