Restaurant Food Beverage Restaurant Manager

• Performs all duties in the restaurant as needed.
  
• Ensures the companys process is completed and followed daily.
  
• Maintains all the training and certification materials of the company.
  
• Prepares restaurant for each shift following the companys Pledge and follows all handbook policies.
  
• Monitors service standards and dining times throughout each shift.
  
• Has a handson approach to teamwork and can assist associates in their functions.
  
• Monitors seating rotation and capacity to ensure smooth running equitable shifts.
  
• Understands department goals and action plans to achieve them.
  
• Monitors associates using weekly forecast and staffing guides.
  
• Maintains all associate documentation and turns them in a timely.
  
• Performs REX RAPs and reviews for all assigned associates.
  
• Ability to monitor restaurant operational procedures and adjust as needed to achieve the best possible experience for both guests and associates.
  

Requirements

• Mexican U.S. or Canadian citizenship.
  
• Possess Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field.
  
• Possess Titulo Universitario and grades on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field.
  
• Have a valid Mexican Canadian or U.S. passport with at least 1year validity.
  
• No previous immigration issues.
  
• Have a valid driver s license.
  
• Ability to move to the U.S.
  
• Fluency in English.
