- Performs all duties in the restaurant as needed.
- Ensures the companys process is completed and followed daily.
- Maintains all the training and certification materials of the company.
- Prepares restaurant for each shift following the companys Pledge and follows all handbook policies.
- Monitors service standards and dining times throughout each shift.
- Has a handson approach to teamwork and can assist associates in their functions.
- Monitors seating rotation and capacity to ensure smooth running equitable shifts.
- Understands department goals and action plans to achieve them.
- Monitors associates using weekly forecast and staffing guides.
- Maintains all associate documentation and turns them in a timely.
- Performs REX RAPs and reviews for all assigned associates.
- Ability to monitor restaurant operational procedures and adjust as needed to achieve the best possible experience for both guests and associates.
Requirements
- Mexican U.S. or Canadian citizenship.
- Possess Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field.
- Possess Titulo Universitario and grades on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field.
- Have a valid Mexican Canadian or U.S. passport with at least 1year validity.
- No previous immigration issues.
- Have a valid driver s license.
- Ability to move to the U.S.
- Fluency in English.
