Requirements

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls for various nonprofit organizations during pledge drives.
  

• Focus solely on processing donations; no donation solicitation required.
  

• Deliver consistent highquality support to all donors.
  

• Document each call comprehensively including resolutions and any necessary followup actions.
  

• Flexible availability required to cover shifts in a 24/7 operation.
  

Expectations:

• Important: At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a call center either virtual or onsite is required.
  

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and adhere to guidelines.
  

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
  

Technical Requirements:

• PC with a dual core 2.8 GHz or better (Intel "i" class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better).
  

• A minimum of 64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.
  

• At least 4 GB of RAM.
  

• USB VoIP Headset.
  

• Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.
  

• A hardwired internet connection (no wireless) with at least 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload.
