Job Description
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying creating and capturing value for healthcare organizations. This role focuses on building strategic relationships enhancing organizational growth and driving business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors Degree Preferred

Licensed in New York State (bonus if licensed in multiple states) with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. (BC-PMHNP) Experience in treating a wide array of psychiatric conditions. Experience with adult, adolescent, geriatric, or child populations. Preferable to have 10+ years experience Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (mix of in-person and telehealth)
