Description:
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success
  • Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Implement adaptive technology to improve learning experiences
  • Partner with families to foster a supportive educational environment
  • Provide Braille instruction and modify curriculum materials to meet students needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Education for the Visually Impaired or a related field
  • Florida Teaching Certification with an endorsement for Teaching Visually Impaired Students
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening before the assignment begins
