We are Hiring HR manager for leading Retail Industry in Madurai!
Job Title: HR Manager

Industry: Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR excellent communication skills and the ability to drive business results through effective HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives
Lead recruitment and talent management efforts to attract and retain top talent
Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Manage benefits compensation and employee recognition programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions
Collaborate with store managers to support retail operations

Requirements:

10 years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
Experience with HRIS and recruitment software



Master's degree preferably MBA Minimum 10 years Experience in Warehousing and transportation Good English language skills Analytical skills Computer skills
