Job Description
Ability to swim skillfully and deal with water emergencies.
Knowledge of beach safety and rescue procedures.
Good observation skills to ensure visitor safety.
Ability to communicate effectively with visitors and provide instructions.
Ability to work under pressure and in different weather conditions.
Attention to detail to ensure safety rules are strictly followed.
Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and make appropriate decisions.
