Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager will be focused on Keters Outdoor products identifying and building relationships with key or strategic partners setting and executing both short and longterm channel strategies and recommending enhancements to increase customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel strategies to drive sales growth and achieve profit goals
- Partner Relations: Identify approach and maintain relationships with key strategic partners including negotiating contracts and managing partner performance
- Sales and Market Analysis: Analyze market trends sales data and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in channel performance
- Product and Service Enhancements: Recommend and implement product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales including coordinating with Product Development and Marketing teams
- Budget and Forecasting: Ensure that all project and department milestones and goals are met within approved budgets. Prepare sales forecasts and financial projections for the Sales team
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitive landscape to senior management
- Event Management: Organize and participate in channel partner events trade shows and conferences to promote products and strengthen relationships with partners
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve processes tools and systems used by the channel sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Ability to understand and speak Hebrew is preferred but not required
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in related field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 1 3 years of supervisory experience
