SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will manage accounting and tax compliance for clients provide expert advice on accounting matters and support business development initiatives. DELIVERABLES & KPIs

• Ensure timely and accurate accounting and tax compliance for clients

• Effectively manage payroll and personal income tax declarations

• Provide accurate and comprehensive financial advice to clients

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention

• Support business development initiatives and collaborate with partners

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide full accounting and tax compliance services including setting up business households to offer accounting services

• Handle compulsory security and labor management for clients

• Offer payroll services and manage personal income tax declarations and finalizations

• Calculate and declare Foreign Contractor Withholding Tax

• Manage treasury services and administrative issues

• Provide expert advice on specific matters of accounting

• Collaborate with lawyers and other experts to offer clients comprehensive information on taxation and accounting

• Coordinate professional activities rendered in Vietnam by business partners

• Act as or on behalf of the legal representative or head representative for clients in Vietnam

• Support and collaborate with other professionals in Vietnam on business development

• Perform other tasks as assigned to achieve team success

DETAILS

Reporting Line: Reports to the Accounting Manager

Team Management: May oversee junior accountants or administrative staff

Compensation: USD800USD1000 (Gross) based on experience level

REQUIREMENTS

Open to: Vietnamese nationals

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English

Academic Requirement: Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance

Certifications: Auditor Certificate or Accountant Certificate required
