As the Head Chef you will be the creative force behind the pubs diverse and enticing menu. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation delighting our guests with every dish. You will have the freedom to craft seasonal menus that reflect local flavours and ingredients bringing a unique culinary experience to the table. Leading a dedicated kitchen team you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations from food preparation to inventory management.

Working Hours

• Fulltime position

• 5 days a week with weekend availability

Key Duties

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding culinary creations

• Develop and implement seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients

• Ensure consistent food quality portion control and presentation

• Manage kitchen operations including inventory ordering and cost control

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

• Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry.

• Ideally around a minimum of 3 years experience.

• Confidence in leading the kitchen team.
