Job Description

• Identifying candidates for successful placements managing interviews creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• End to end managing the whole candidate process.
• Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages.
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies based on clients needs.
• Assessing the needs of each client in order to provide the best service.
• Building longlasting relationships with candidates and clients.
• Managing and prioritising a multitude of different tasks and project.

Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment.
• Resultsdriven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Great work ethic and selfmotivated individuals.
• A confident communicator whos personable and can build relationships easily.
• A good team player were a very collaborative team.
• Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Being eager to work remotely.
