Legal assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate closely with the legal team to provide comprehensive legal support and administrative assistance.
• Assist in drafting reviewing and proofreading legal documents contracts agreements and other legal correspondence ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain organized and uptodate records of legal documents contracts and agreements ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
• Provide best legal assistance/advice to the clients. Support the resolution of legal disputes and litigation matters by assisting in document collection information retrieval etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in law or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.
• Having at least 2 years of experience in the legal profession with sound understanding of civil litigation process/cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and precision. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
