Architect Designer - Bahja Real Estate Development

Job Description:

Professional in creating 3D videos and walkthroughs to showcase projects or products.

Designing and implementing rendering algorithms to create realistic visual effects.

Designs and oversees the construction of buildings and structures

Collaborating with artists and designers to integrate graphics into the overall project.

Optimizing graphics performance to ensure smooth gameplay or user interaction.

Testing and debugging graphics software to identify and fix issues.

Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in graphic engineering.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C OpenGL DirectX or Vulkan.

Strong mathematical skills for understanding algorithms and geometric transformations.

Experience with 3D modeling software like Maya or Blender.

Knowledge of shader programming for creating realistic lighting and shading effects.

Ability to work with marketing team and utilize the designs in promotional aspect
