Job Description

Summary:

The Customer Service/Data Analytics Supervisor is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing both customer service and data analytics teams within the cement ready mix company. This position requires a strong blend of leadership analytical skills and customercentric focus to drive operational efficiency customer satisfaction and datadriven decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies and standards.
  • Oversee daily customer service operations ensuring efficient order processing delivery scheduling and customer issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage and lead a team of data analysts.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee data collection cleaning and analysis processes.
  • Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends patterns and insights from data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to leverage data for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics for both customer service and data analytics teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in customer service and data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Statistics or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and satisfaction orientation
  • Proven 3 to 5 years experience in customer service and data analytics leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL Python Excel etc.).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in Arabic English is an additional advantage.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Experience in the cement or readymix industry preferred.
  • Position only eligible for Arab Nationals.
