Purpose of the job
As a Senior Salesforce Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Engineer you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimising the Salesforce CDC platform. This position involves working crossfunctionally with teams across Salesforce CRM Marketing Cloud and Data Platform as well as liaising with product managers and engineers from the platform and addon services teams.
In this handson role you will design develop and manage CDC data models and robust API data feeds that are essential for the CDC to ingest and produce information for various systems andbusiness functions. These data feeds are critical for constructing an enriched customer profile view KPIs advanced segmentation analytics and multichannel communication strategies.
