Tasks

Overall responsibility for the HR department with a direct reporting line to the management:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the HRteam (approx. 4 employees)
• Professional sparring partner for the management and the companys executives also in supporting transformation processes
• Further development and implementation of an HR strategy with a focus on digitalisation HR processes and employer branding
• Trusting cooperation with employee representatives
• Management and further development of a multimember HR team
• First point of contact for all Group interfaces
• Participation in internal projects

Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Head of HR. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in economics or law with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
• Many years of experience in a comparable management position ideally in an international structure
• A solutionoriented mentality with a high level of understanding of processes and structures preferably also acquired in larger organizations
• Experienced in evaluating and implementing modern HR management topics
• Profound knowledge of using an HRManagement tool such as bambooHR personio flairHR etc.
• Wellfounded in the definition support and implementation of transformation processes
• Valued contact person at eye level at all hierarchical levels
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Please note: this is not a remote only position we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg Germany working from home on Mondays & Fridays coming to the office on Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday! :)
