We are looking for a passionate and resultsdriven nonIT Talent Sourcer to join our fastgrowing team! In this exciting role you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our open positions playing a crucial part in shaping our future success.

Tasks

Your regular tasks:

Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions across various departments and disciplines (nontechnical positions)

Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including Boolean searches social media platforms professional networks and online databases

Craft compelling outreach messages that generate interest and enthusiasm among potential candidates

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing candidates keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process

Prescreen candidates to assess their skills and experience ensuring they align with the job requirements

Collaborate with TA Specialist to understand their needs and expectations for each role

Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and initiatives

Maintain accurate and organized records of all sourcing activities and candidate interactions

Meet and exceed established sourcing goals and metrics

Requirements

Skills and qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing for nontechnical roles (Sales Operations Risks (AML Fraud) Finance Legal HR Analytics)

B2 or higher level of English Proficiency

Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools across various platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proactive resourceful and resultsoriented with a strong sense of urgency

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

As a plus:

Knowledge of the Fintech industry and its talent landscape
