Job Description
Bookkeeper
We are seeking an organized detailoriented parttime bookkeeper with basic knowledge of Quickbooks accounts payable and accounts receivable. We are searching for an individual and nbsp;with strong data entry skills great communication skills written and verbal as you will be working collaboratively with the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Record all financial transactions including purchases sales receipts and payments either manually or using accounting software.
and nbsp;
Post debits and credits to the corresponding accounts in the general ledger. This involves maintaining accuracy in categorizing transactions.
and nbsp;
and nbsp;Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ensuring timely payments to suppliers and timely collection of payments from customers.
and nbsp;
and nbsp;Data entry and maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions and other business activities.
and nbsp;
and nbsp;Communication with clients vendors and internal departments regarding financial transactions and documentation.
Overall a bookkeeper plays a vital role in the financial health of an organization by maintaining accurate records and providing necessary financial information to support decisionmaking processes.
