Job Description

Position: Sr. Corporate Office Services Coordinator

Location: Universal City CA

Reports to: Manager Corporate Office Services

Under the general direction of the Manager the Sr. Corporate Office Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects for Office Spaces. Provides superior concierge service to effectively manage office demands in a fastpaced environment. Maintains excellent clientfacing written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with Facilities IT Telecom and Business Unit Representatives to coordinate all Moves
  • Update and maintain pline drawings space data and occupancy data based on move information and project information provided by the client
  • Assist with fostering & building vendor/internal department relationships to effectively fulfill client expectations while ensuring company policy and procedures are followed
  • Outside vendor communication scheduling and thorough documentation of punch list items
  • Work with supporting teams to troubleshoot issues that arise and maintain constant communication throughout the process
  • Interface with IT and Telecom to set up work areas with required equipment
  • Working closely with building management security and cleaning crews to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment
  • Daily interaction with work ticketing systems
  • Compile and deliver capacity and occupancy information for proper reporting
  • Manage Zone Maintenance areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Ensure information is entered into a work order to track progress and report on results
  • Flexible to assist with special projects as needed
  • Update and distribute monthly reports and various notifications as needed
  • Scout office space with the customer to understand tenant requirements and assess building conditions prior to occupancy
  • Process office maintenance requests for paint carpet cleaning plumbing issues electrical issues HVAC janitorial and pest control
  • Schedule furniture deliveries removals or office rearranging per client requests

Qualifications

What Could Set You Apart

  • General knowledge of Archibus is a must and CAFM experience is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
  • Familiarity working in a studio operations environment
  • Familiarity with studio production needs and requirements
  • Three plus years of experience in customer service or facilities

Notes from Hiring Manager

  • This role require knowledge in Archibus and/or Space Data.
  • Must have positive attitude able be to lift 25lb and required physical component.
  • Will be in person interview.
