Manager- IT Infrastructure Admin

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT operations ensuring seamless support for 400 users particularly in a Financial Services environment.

Maintain a deep understanding of compliance norms mandated by SEBI and other entities

Oversee a team responsible for end user support covering infrastructure network access productivity tools backups and asset management.

Act as a technical escalation point and mentor for the IT team resolving complex issues independently.

Manage software licenses asset allocation recovery and inventory management.

Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and thirdparty providers.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and senior management on IT initiatives.

Troubleshoot and implement controls for endpoint security productivity tools Internet access etc

ITIL certification would be an advantage.

Proficiency in office automation collaboration tools and project planning.

Requirement:

10 to 15 years of total experience in IT infrastructure administration and management.

3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior IT Manager or Lead overseeing large user bases.

Proven track record in managing IT operations in alignment with ITIL principles.

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and implementing IT solutions.

Experience in handling highpriority and escalated support issues.
