Job Description
Handle Customers Inbound and Outbound Calls. Solving Queries Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services.
Contact potential clients through cold calls WhatsApp and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build longterm trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing sales or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Effective communication interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation prioritization and execution for business growth.
- Ability to adapt to the company s culture effectively and contribute to the team s performance.
