Senior Program Manager 12 months Brussels
Our important client is currently looking for a Senior Program Manager for a 12month contract based in Brussels.
Please find the description below :
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee programs related to mobile app development cloud backend in Azure web interfaces and legacy system integration.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Drive strategic initiatives aligned with DIOR s goals.
Manage project scopes timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
Must have skills and experience :
- Education: Master s degree.
- Experience: Over 6 years in program management.
- CLevel Communication: Proven experience with Clevel executives.
- Roadmap Creation: Skill in creating strategic roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to align stakeholders.
- Steerco and Team Management: Over 5 years managing Steerco and multiple teams.
- Effective Communication: Negotiation and consensusbuilding skills.
- Strategic Vision: Aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
Highly appreciated or willing to learn in own time:
Scrum / SAFE
RTE
Change Management
