Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
  • Design engaging and effective educational content and training materials. Facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development particularly within the fashion retail industry.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Education or a related field.
  • Certifications in Training of Trainers (TOT) and instructional design.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in using elearning platforms and other training tools.


Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or merchandising in the retail or fashion industry. Proven track record of developing sourcing strategies and successfully managing supplier relationships. Strong understanding of market research techniques and tools. Proficiency in negotiating contracts and managing complex supplier agreements. Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities against company needs for quality, compliance, and production capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
