Job Description
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics related to contract management, such as contract cycle times, renewal rates, and compliance rates.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance contract management efficiency and effectiveness.
Training and Development
- Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs for sales and other relevant teams on contract management processes, policies, and best practices.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management, and share this knowledge with the team
