What you will be doing:

• Researching legal precedents and case law.
• Writing legal briefs motions and other documents.
• Presenting oral arguments to trial and appellate courts.
• Providing trial support in highstakes complex litigation.
• Specializing in civil appeals and wrongful death litigation.
• Handling a variety of other civil matters including civil rights and employment.

Experience you will need:

• Motivated and talented with a strong desire to work in appellate litigation.
• Enjoyment of researching writing and making oral arguments.
• Experience or interest in catastrophic injury wrongful death and complex litigation.
• Ability to handle diverse civil matters including civil rights and employment cases.
