Job Description
MasterTech is on the search for a Parts Specialist in Buda TX.
Compensation:
- $23.00 $26.00/hour.
- Premier benefits plan including medical dental vision paid time off/vacation retirement plan etc.
- PTO
- 401K match
Shift Schedule:
Day shift 7:00AM to 4:00PM (Monday to Friday).
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Upselling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
- Providing price quotes receiving payments and obtaining credit authorizations
- Following up with customers regarding backordered parts
- Assist shop operations by managing inventory levels insuring they have sufficient resources to complete work orders
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working in a parts department
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is preferred
