Job Description
Developer and Sr Developer Must haves
- Minimum of 5 years supporting implementation administration configuration and development of ServiceNow platform with at least three years of experience in CSM.
- Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript CSS HTML Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must
- Solid understanding creating Business Rules ACL s Client Scripts UI Policies UI Macros UI Scripts Catalog Forms etc.
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization; experience developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities; experience leveraging UI policies UI actions and client scripts
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations.
- Configure integrations with various ServiceNow integration methods such as web services REST SOAP Data Sources and import set.
- Handson experience with ServiceNow CSM module including portal customization and knowledge management.
- Extensive experience with Flow Designer including creating flows for integrations
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
