- manage the onsite construction activities at our projects located throughout the United Stated.
- being point of contact at the project site
- be responsible for the successful execution of projects including close coordination with the customer
- All employees are expected to assist to the extent of their abilities in carrying out the work needed to ultimately deliver a quality product to our clients within budget and on schedule.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred. Experience and/or course work in mechanical systems a bonus.
- Work experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Experience must include ability to read drawings manage subcontractors’ work and effectively manage project schedules and deadlines.
- Knowledge with MS Project scheduling software will be of an advantage.
