What you will be doing:

• Litigate in Massachusetts Federal and State Courts
• Conduct depositions
• Manage trial exhibits

Experience you will need:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
• Two plus years of prior litigation experience as a licensed attorney
• Experience in Construction Hospital and Medical Malpractice
• Experience with Medical Malpractice/LongTerm Care Facilities Premise and General Liability Defense
• Experience in Products Liability Professional Liability and Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense
