Job Description

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules including arranging meetings appointments and travel.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls emails and other communications promptly and professionally.

Personal Assistance:

  • Provide personal support to the executive including handling personal errands managing personal appointments and coordinating familyrelated activities.
  • Ensure the executive s personal and professional life runs smoothly by anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues.

Project Management:

  • Assist with special projects including research planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with various departments and external parties to ensure projects are completed on time.

Event Planning:

  • Organize and coordinate events meetings and conferences both professional and personal.
  • Handle logistics invitations and followups to ensure successful events.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper for the executive.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent the executive professionally in all interactions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant preferably with highprofile individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel.


Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably with high-profile individuals. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
