Job Description
Position: Project Manager
Industry:Restoration and Mitigation
Location: Cypress Texas
Company Overview:
Our client a leader in the restoration and mitigation industry is seeking a highly organized and professional Project Manager with extensive experience in Mitigation specifically with Commercial Large Loss projects. This role does not require travel allowing the candidate to focus on local projects and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee and manage large loss mitigation projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors vendors and project teams.
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize and adapt quickly to industryspecific software including Procore Xactimate and Symbility.
Employ additional tools such as DASH Encircle Salesforce and Fleeteo for project management and documentation.
Organizational Skills:
Maintain thorough project documentation and records.
Implement and monitor project schedules resources and workflows.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Client and Team Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Foster strong relationships with clients adjusters and internal teams.
Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in mitigation specifically with commercial large loss projects.
Strong background in project management within the restoration industry.
Familiarity with Procore Xactimate and Symbility or a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
Skills:
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in using project management software and tools such as DASH Encircle and Salesforce
Education:
Relevant certification or degree in project management construction management or a related field is preferred.
