Position: Recruiting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating Job Postings: Craft engaging and informative job descriptions to attract top talent.
  
• Researching Other Positions: Conduct market research to benchmark roles and understand industry standards.
  
• Finding Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
  
• Screening Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  
• Scheduling: Coordinate candidate rounds interviews and tests with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Tracking KPI: Monitor and report on key performance indicators for our employees.
  
• Preparing Job Offers: Draft and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  
• Managing ATS Tool: Oversee the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR work.
  
• Excellent verbal English skills.
  
• Availability during office hours (9am 5pm or 8am 6pm California time) is nonnegotiable.
  
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a recent computer.
  
• Highquality headset for communication.
