Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at Viking Manufacturing you will be a key player in driving sales growth cultivating relationships with new clients and maintaining robust connections with existing customers. You will collaborate with our marketing operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Efficiently filter and qualify incoming leads to identify highpotential prospects.

  • Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage and track leads sales activities and client interactions. Proficiency in HubSpot is highly desirable.

  • Support CSO to Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including networking cold calling and inbound lead followup.

Client Interaction and Sales Execution

  • Promptly schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Conduct live sales calls negotiate and close deals promptly to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Support CSO to Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients fostering loyalty and repeat business.

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

CrossSelling and Upselling

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to crosssell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.

Industry Expertise

  • Apply knowledge and experience in selling steel structures to provide informed and relevant solutions to clients.

Collaboration and Strategy

  • Work closely with marketing operations and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client management.

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address client concerns and improve service delivery.

  • Support CSO to Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Feedback and Improvement

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products services and customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience preferably in the steel structures or construction industry.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot).

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
