Wellness Spa Manager - Sofitel Hotel

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Wellness, Health & Fitness, or related field. Additional certifications in Wellness or Spa Management are a plus.

Spa Management: Ability to organize and manage all aspects of the spa, including programs and services offered, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Planning & Development: Skills in developing and planning health and wellness programs and services, including massage, beauty treatments, and wellness activities.

Team Management: Ability to lead and direct spa staff, train and evaluate performance, and motivate employees to ensure high-quality service.
