Reservation Officer

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Training courses in hotel or tourism management are an added advantage.

Reservation Management: Ability to efficiently handle and manage reservation systems, including data entry and updating reservation information.

Customer Service: Skills in providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their problems in a professional manner.

Organization and Accuracy: Ability to organize tasks accurately, review reservations to ensure accuracy of details and avoid errors.

Effective Communication: Skills in communicating clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers, whether by phone or email.
