Health club supervisor

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Health Management, or related field. Additional training or study certificates in health club management are a plus.

Operations Management: Ability to organize and manage all aspects of the health club, including supervision of equipment, activities, and customer service.

Customer Interaction: Skills in providing excellent customer service, and handling inquiries and complaints in a positive and professional manner.

Team Management: Ability to lead and direct a team, including training and development of employees, and performance evaluation.

Planning and Organizing: Skills in planning and organizing sports and health activities and programs, and ensuring that the club’s objectives are achieved.
