Your Role: Building the Future of Accounting
As an Accounting Manager you will manage key accounting functions drive process improvements and implement advanced accounting systems. Youll work closely with the finance team on financial analysis assist with audits and tax compliance and support special projects.
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Work Setup: Onsite Bogota/Medellin
Your Daily Impact: Responsibilities
- Manage monthend close processes including revenue recognition inventory cost of goods sold capital expenditures and departmental/cost center expenses.
- Drive process improvement in all aspects of accounting and across business units for efficiency and scalability.
- Develop scalable internal controls within the accounting function and intersections across the organization.
- Implement new and improved accounting systems and software that create more automation and efficiency of work.
- Work closely with the finance team on monthly financial analysis and insights.
- Assist with the annual audit and tax compliance.
- Assist and support projects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience showing increased responsibility and growth.
- Expertise in US GAAP.
- Experience working with NetSuite is desirable.
- Experience with manufacturing or product companies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly independent and motivated.
- Ability to adapt to the demands of the business during rapid growth and change.
