Job Description

About the Role:

As the Benefits and Administration Manager you will lead the design implementation communication and administration of our organizations health and welfare benefits programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive compliant with regulations and aligned with our companys goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Comprehensive Benefits Programs: Oversee health dental vision life AD&D disability workers compensation retirement plans FSAs HSAs FMLA COBRA and more.
  • Leave and Accommodation Administration: Handle all aspects of leave and accommodation processes ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with thirdparty vendors to maintain high service levels and contract compliance.
  • Open Enrollment Management: Lead the open enrollment process including planning communication and system management.
  • 401K Plan Administration: Act as a liaison between beneficiaries and the plan administrator ensuring compliance and addressing administrative requests.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports for legal requirements and internal needs working closely with Finance for accurate forecasting.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to benefitsrelated questions from managers and employees.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies safety regulations and quality certification programs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in retirement insurance benefits financial planning or actuarial services. SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams OneDrive) excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications: Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving Adaptability to handle diverse tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment Bachelor s degree and a minimum of five years of Human Resource experience or a master s degree in human resource management and two years in the Human Resource field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
